Two Deaths, 48 New Adams County COVID Cases Wednesday

The Adams County Health Department reports two more county residents have died from COVID-19 related illness. The Adams County coronavirus death toll is now 49.

Officials also reported 48 new confirmed COVID cases Wednesday.

There have now been 4,886 positive cases in Adams County, with 538 active, 58 hospitalized and 15 in ICU.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total test rises slightly to 4.84%.

The Rapid COVID testing station at 3200 Broadway in Quincy continues in operation from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday.
