If you love the landscape of Ralls County, Missouri, you need to see this $1.6 million dollar property that includes a lot of wildlife and a historic cabin.

Chris Comer shared this drone view of the area on Vimeo which gives you a birds eye view of what is known as Thornberry Farm.

If you check out the pics shared of the property, pay special attention to the wide variety of wildlife that make cameo appearances on the trail cam.

$1.6 Million Ralls County Land Also Has Historic Cabin

The Land and Farm website provides a lot of details about what this property includes. Here's a snippet of what Chris mentioned is a part of this acreage:

This tract is 196 +/- acres of woods and fields. There is great potential for development on this track with many beautiful home sites across the property. This tract could be easily made into a home subdivision with rural water and electric available at the county road...The first view is a long valley of bottom fields surrounded by wooded ridges with a historic cabin at the end of the valley.

He's not wrong. My dad was born and raised in Ralls County and he and his brothers spent many a summer day adventuring in woods like this.

As you might imagine, it's not free. The current asking price is $1.6 million dollars based on the Land and Farm listing.  I saw a half dozen places on this property where I'd love to have a home. Maybe you can find even more for yourself.
