A Quincy man is dead after a car-motorcycle crash on South 12th Street in Quincy at 7:40 a.m. Monday.

Quincy Police report 55 year old Darin Prost of Quincy was northbound on South 12th between Adams and Monroe, turned left into an alley and was struck by a southbound motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed, operated by 18 year old Jeheim Raspberry, also of Quincy.

Raspberry was pronounced dead in the Emergency Room at Blessing Hospital.
Prost was ticketed for failure to yield turning left.
