A worker in a Hancock County healthcare facility is among the latest confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the area.

Health department officials announced Saturday an employee of Hickory Grove Supportive Living in Carthage has tested positive for the coronavirus.

The employee, a woman in her 30s to 40s, is recovering at home.

That brings the total number of COVID cases in Hancock County to 21.

Officials in Adams County reported four new COVID cases Saturday, bringing Adams County’s total cases to 152.
