Ewing Man Dies in Lewis County Four-Wheeler Crash

A Ewing man dies from injuries suffered in a four-wheeler crash on Lewis County Route CC northeast of Ewing at 7:20 p.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 51 year old Monte Tanner was eastbound when his four-wheeler ran off the road, hit the ground and began to roll, ejecting Tanner from the vehicle. The four-wheeler hit a tree and came to rest on its side.

Tanner was pronounced dead at the scene by Lewis County Coroner Larry Arnold.
