The COVID-19 pandemic continues to hit small businesses and restaurants hard across America and here at home in the Tri-States. With health and safety being at the forefront of their decision making Chompz Great American Grill has decided to close indefinitely.

ON the Facebook page Q-Town Restaurant Guide, Steve Bunch posted a lengthy message about the decision to close the doors to Chompz indefinitely stating...

"Chompz as of today will be closed indefinitely. My wife Patti has been hospitalized with COVID and even though she has been out of the business and working primarily from our office at home I have naturally been in close contact with her in our home We have decided for the safety of staff and customers to close the restaurant and for me to quarantine and wait for test results before any consideration to reopen. We may possibly not reopen at the Broadway location and wait to reopen as soon as 12th Jefferson is ready."

Steve goes on to talk about how him and his wife were forfeiting income to support their employees these past couple months and how it weighs so heavy on them now to make this decision to close for the time being. To read the full statement from Steve on Chompz indefinitely closing click here!

It is stories like this that continue to break your heart for all these restaurants and small business owners during this pandemic. These people in our communities need our support and we can't wait to see Chompz reopen their doors as soon as they can!
