I'm guessing if you can realistically imagine yourself owning this property, the price tag isn't gonna scare you off. That's good since the current asking price is a cool $20 million dollars. When you spell it out, the zeroes seem to go on forever. $20,000,000.

One advantage to Wentzville is you're not that far from St. Louis things like the airport and Cardinals games, but you're not living right there in the middle of the city. For $20,000,000, you definitely want every advantage you can get.
