Supervised Probation in Unlawful Use of a Weapon Case
A Hannibal man charged with unlawful use of a weapon is sentenced to five years supervised probation.
The sentence results from an incident in Hannibal during April of 2014. Michael Hagan was sentenced before Judge Michael Wilson this week in Monroe County.
The incident occurred in the 300 block of North Main early on April 27, 2014. Hagan is alleged to have pointed a gun at an employee of a drinking establishment in downtown Hannibal.
