Quincy Police make an arrest in connection with a stabbing incident Friday night.

Officers were called to the 5th and Chestnut area just after 9 p.m. Friday in response to a fight and a stabbing.

The victim of the stabbing was taken to a hospital for treatment.

An investigation led to the issuing of a warrant for 20 year old Keith Young on attempted murder charges.

Young was taken into custody just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of Jersey.

An additional investigation resulted in additional charges of home invasion and aggravated unlawful restraint against Young.

Young is lodged in the Adams County Jail on $500,000 bond.
