Quincy Police Investigating Tuesday Night Shooting

Quincy Police are investigating a Tuesday night shooting incident.

Officers and EMS personnel were called to the 1000 block of Maine just after 10 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a subject with a gunshot wound.

A 44 year old man was found with a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to Blessing Hospital with serious injuries.

Police do not believe this was a random shooting.

No arrests have been made. The investigation continues.
