Quincy Farmer's Market To Open This Weekend

It's that time for fresh veggies, fruits, and more. The Quincy Farmer's Market will be here sooner than you think.

The market will officially open on May 1st (Dogwood Weekend) at 8 am and run to 1 pm. As always, The Quincy Farmers Market will be located in Washington Park, Downtown Quincy, and run every Saturday May through October. I love taking the girls to the farmers market, there are fun-family activities to do, and the feel special picking out their fruits and veggies that they like.

The farmers market will accept credit/debit cards, Link, Snap and WIC. If you would like more information on forms of payment, make sure to stop by the farmer's market tent when attending the market. When you're done watching the parade head to Washington Park and enjoy supporting local farmers. You just never know what's going to be there, and that's what I love the most when visiting the farmer's market.

Quincy Medical Group will also be releasing a schedule of free family activities that will be available every Saturday during the market.
