A Keokuk woman is dead from injuries suffered in a one car crash on Highway 136 west of Wayland in Clark County at 12:20 p.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 31 year old Ashley Sturm was eastbound when her car ran off the road, struck an embankment and overturned.

Sturm was pronounced dead at the scene by Clark County Coroner Ed Wilson.

The crash reports states Sturm was not wearing a seat belt.

 

A Monroe City teenager suffers moderate injuries in a two vehicle crash on Marion County Route CC north of Monroe City at 5:42 p.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports a northbound car, driven by a 17 year old juvenile female, was backing into a driveway and struck a westbound pickup, driven by 18 year old Jacob Yoder, also of Monroe City.

The juvenile was taken to Hannibal Regional for treatment.

 

A Browning, Illinois man suffers moderate injuries in a single vehicle crash on Ralls County Route J southeast of Monroe City just after 2 p.m. Sunday.

The Highway Patrol reports 52 year old Russell Wubker of Browning was southbound when his truck ran off the road and struck a tree.

Wubker was taken to Hannibal Regional for treatment.

 

A LaBelle man suffers moderate injuries in a two vehicle crash on Lewis County Route D south of LaBelle at 11 a.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 28 year old Terrance Darnell of LaBelle was northbound when his car crossed the center line and struck a southbound truck, driven by 60 year old Jerry Lincoln, also of LaBelle.

Darnell was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment.

 

A Dallas City woman escapes with minor injuries in a one car crash on Highway 136 east of Luray in Clark County at 11:10 a.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 65 year old Sherryl Moore was westbound when her car ran off the road, striking an embankment and a fence.

Moore was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment.
