Nauvoo Man Pleads Guilty, Sentenced for Sexual Assault
A Nauvoo man pleaded guilty to sexual abuse and child pornography charges Thursday.

In Hancock County Circuit Court, 34 year old Daniel Lafferty pleaded guilty to one count of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and two counts of child pornography.
Lafferty was sentenced to a total of 55 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Lafferty was arrested in May of 2019 after an investigation into a reported sexual abuse of a child.
