A parent’s number one priority is to keep their kids safe. Safe Kids or Adams County and the Quincy Medical Group are teaming up to make sure that it's easier for parents to do just that.

June 12, both Kids Safe Adams County and Quincy Medical Group will be holding a Safe Kids Health Fair at the QMG parking lot on 11th & Maine Street from 9 am until Noon. during the fair, parents and kids will learn how to stay health and safe this summer with fin activities. The event will also feature police officers, firefighters, bike safety games, and activities on health, dental hygiene, mental health and more. The is a free event and the whole community is invited.

While you at the event, participates will also have a chance to sign up to win a new bike. Families are encouraged to bring their own bikes to try out the bike course that will be set up in the parking lot. Plus, get a free bike helmet while supplies last. You forget how important it is to wear a helmet, kids get so excited to be out and about with friends in the summer and forget to put the helmet on. The health fair will remind kids on why it's so important to wear a helmet for their safety.

Everyone who attends is asked to wear a mask to keep everyone safe, and if it does rain the fair will take place on June 19 from 9 am until Noon.
