FREE Christmas Eve Meal

FREE meals will be handed out on Christmas Eve to anyone in need here in Quincy.

The holidays are a joyful, fun, exciting time for many of us to get together with our families, and friends, to eat, drink and be merry. But for many others out there the holidays can be extremely hard, and stressful, especially when they aren't sure where their next meal is coming from. Well the Kids Second Chance program is stepping into help this Christmas Eve.

The Kids Second Chance group will be handing out FREE meals on Christmas Eve according to the Facebook event page titled "Free Meals On Christmas Eve hosted by the Kids Second Chance, this is happening at St. Francis Solanus School located at 1720 College in Quincy. On the Facebook event page they say...

"Kids Second Chance will be handing out 250+ meals to anyone in need of a pre-cooked and packaged meal for them or their family. All meals will be free of charge. we will handout meals until 1:00 or all meals are gone."

It is just great to see organizations like this giving back to the community, this year has been so difficult and I know that there are many people and families struggling this holiday season, so spread the word to the people who may need these meals!
