Brunch on the weekends may be the greatest thing of all time, its not breakfast, its not lunch, its this fabulous mix of the best of both lunch and breakfast. And to be honest one of the best things about brunch is there, more often than not, is alcohol involved. This alcohol is usually one of two things, Mimosas or Bloody Mary's, and while both of those options are fantastic (personally I am a big mimosa fan) some beer drinkers feel left out of the brunch drink options. Well never fear beer drinkers there is a chance for you to have a couple tasty brunch drinks too in the form of "Beermosas" and you can try some this weekend!

Quincy Brewing Company is releasing a line of Beermosas this weekend, a Beermosa is a mix of beer and orange juice (like a mimosa only swap the champagne for beer!), and Quincy Brewing Company is releasing 4 different kinds for us to try at their event "Beermosa Weekend!" starting this Friday. According to their Facebook event page, they are releasing 4 Beermosa's called Blueberry Pineapple Sour '93, Cherry Orange Sour '93, Bayview Orange, and even doing a Beermosa Seltzer with the Pineapple Orange Seltzer. But don't hesitate they are only available this weekend while supplies last!

I can't wait to try the Bayview Orange! Bayview Blond is my absolute favorite at Quincy Brewing Company, and I just know its going to be the perfect base for a beermosa, the great thing about this is that if you try one you like, and they run out, no worries just buy a growler of whatever base beer from QBC you liked, take it home and mix it with some Orange Juice at home!
