Louisiana Police Arrest Two on Drug Charges

Two Louisiana residents face drug charges following the search of a home at 311 Tennessee Street in Louisiana.

The search by Louisiana Police and Pike County Sheriff’s Deputies results in the arrests of 39-year-old Leroy Blackwell and 35-year-old Alicia Blackwell.

Both are charged with possession of a controlled substance, while Leroy Blackwell is also charged with distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance.
