Children ages 5 to 12 will have a jolly time creating holiday gifts at the Hannibal Arts Council’s popular annual event Holly Jolly Hands-On Holiday Workshop to be held on Saturday, Dec. 5. Two time options will be offered this year to accommodate busy schedules and an increased number of participants. Participants may choose to attend either a two-hour workshop beginning at Noon or beginning at 3 p.m.

Projects to be created include Magical Magnets, Ribbon Tree Hanging, Wrap It and Tag It, Santa and Reindeer Ornaments, Window Wonderland, Feathered Friends Feeder, Snack Station. The Holly Jolly Hands-On Holiday Workshop is the perfect opportunity for parents and/or grandparents and children to work together to create projects while also discovering the art of giving. The workshops are sponsored by the George H. Riedel Private Foundation.

The cost for the program is $10 per child and $5 for each additional child per family. Scholarships are available upon request. Holly Jolly programs typically sell out, so register soon.
