I'm not sure if Frankie now has a deal endorsing Samsung or not, but he's pretty emphatic about their devices.

For what it's worth, the current (although admittedly changeable) National Weather Service forecast for Hannibal specifically is calling for probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 to 6 inches of snow with ice also likely.

UPDATE: Frankie now says Chicago is in trouble, too.

As for Frankie, he seems like a nice fellow and is more than worth a follow on YouTube if you don't already.
