If you're familiar with superstar internet weatherman Frankie MacDonald, you know it's not a winter storm until Frankie says it is. That may be bad news for Missouri as Frankie has just issued a specific warning for the Show Me State.

For what it's worth, the current (although admittedly changeable) National Weather Service forecast for Hannibal specifically is calling for probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 to 6 inches of snow with ice also likely.
