Hannibal Woman Arrested on Warrant, Meth Charges

A Hannibal woman was arrested Wednesday on meth related charges.

Hannibal Police were called to the 1400 block of Bird about 9:15 a.m. Wednesday to check the well-being of a person who was slumped over their steering wheel.

Officers made contact with 37 year old Jamie DeBary, who had an active Marion County felony warrant.

A search by officers revealed a large amount of a substance believed to be methamphetamine.

DeBary was taken to the Marion County Jail on the warrant. A charge of distribution of a controlled substance is being considered by the Marion County Prosecutor.
