Hannibal Police report an officer saw a vehicle traveling without a front license plate on Highway 61 near the Steamboat Bend Shopping Center just after 3 p.m. Friday.

The officer also observed the temporary tag on the back of the car was expired.

A traffic stop was made, and the officer smelled what he believed to be marijuana inside the car.
