Hannibal Evening Kiwanis Arts & Crafts Festival Cancelled

While National Tom Sawyer Days will be taking place, one of the key events of the annual festival will not.

Officials with the Hannibal Evening Kiwanis announced Monday the cancellation of the 44th Annual Samuel L. Clemens Arts & Crafts and More Festival in Central Park, which was to have taken place during National Tom Sawyer Days.

The Evening Kiwanis cited increased and overwhelming concerns about COVID-19 for the cancellation of one of its biggest fund raisers, feeling this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation.

While the arts and crafts festival will not happen, the annual Evening Kiwanis raffle will take place in Central Park on Sunday, July 5th at 4 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased up until the drawing or until they’re sold out.
