Hannibal BPW to Reopen Customer Service Center June 15

The Hannibal Board of Public Works is preparing to get back to a more normal routine.

BPW officials announced Thursday they will reopen their Customer Service Center Monday, June 15th, with some changes.

Customers will be allowed in the lobby by appointment only. You can make an appointment by calling the office at 221-8050.

When you come for your appointment, call that number and you will be met at the door.

Also beginning June 15th, BPW will begin transitioning back to its regular policies and practices for delinquent accounts. Disconnections for nonpayment had been suspended in mid-March.
