Barry Man Arrested on Sexual Assault Charges

A seven-month investigation leads to the arrest of a Barry man on sexual assault charges Friday.

The Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation learned in November that a minor had allegedly been sexually abused by 50 year old Terry Eisenburg.

The investigation led to the filing of charges of predatory criminal sexual assault against Eisenburg Thursday. He was taken into custody Friday.

Eisenburg is in the Pike County Jail on $300,000 bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday.
