Northeast Missouri health departments reported 17 new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday.

The Marion County Health Department reported eleven new coronavirus cases, bringing their case total to 819, with 67 active, four hospitalized, 738 recovered and 14 deaths.

The seven-day positivity rate as of October 6th stood at 12%.

In Pike County, officials reported three new cases. Their total is now 341, with 20 active, 316 recovered and five deaths.

The Lewis County Health Department also reported three new lab-confirmed cases of coronavirus, ranging in age from 20 to 50.

Officials also reported Lewis County’s sixth COVID related death Wednesday.

Total cases in Lewis County are 202, with 20 active and 176 recovered.
