A man and woman from Perry and a man from Pittsfield are in the Pike County, Illinois Jail on meth and firearms charges.

Pike County Sheriff David Greenwood reports deputies and West Central Drug Task Force Agents made a traffic stop in Griggsville just after 8 p.m. Monday.

An investigation resulted in the arrest of 31 year old Phillip Embree of Perry for unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.

Deputies and agents followed up by executing a search warrant at a residence in Perry.

The search resulted in the arrest of 33 year old Justin Lockhart of Pittsfield on two outstanding Pike County, Illinois warrants and unlawful possession of meth, and 29 year old Jessica Lynch of Perry for unlawful possession of meth and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
