We all know that I hate anything with cheese in it or on it. So, when I saw how one company is celebrating National Mac and Cheese Day I about upchucked.

Kraft and an ice cream company called Van Leeuwen have collated on a new ice cream flavor, which has debuted today. You guess it, a Mac and Cheese ice cream flavor. I can't begin to tell you just saying it makes me want to gag.

"For the first time ever, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese will launch a limited-edition ice cream in partnership with Brooklyn-based Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, the cult-favorite brand known for making decadent and delicious ice cream and vegan ice cream with just a few ingredients," the company announced Tuesday.

Decadent and delicious? I don't think so. Why would you take such a tasty treat and turn it into (in my opinion) one of the most gross dessert imageable? Now, I know some of you are thinking, hey I'll try it, and I am sure there are cheese lovers out there that will be all about this new flavor. I would like for one of you to try this and let me know what you think. Could you ever image mac & cheese as a cold ice cream flavor in a waffle cone?

The color of the cheesy cold dessert is similar to the orange elbow-shaped pasta that comes on a mac and cheese Kraft box. Unfortunately for us, (darn) we will not be able to enjoy this sweet treat as it will only be available in the Van Leeuwen Ice Cream store. What will they think of next?
