Over the holiday weekend, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee announced that the state will be buying $10,000 worth of plane tickets that will be given away to visit some of the cities in the state.  He's also teaming up with Brad Paisley to help promote the tourism boost.

"The state's buying all these airline tickets and giving them away to anybody who books two nights in a hotel room to come to Tennessee, so it's 'Tennessee on me,'" Lee said in a video posted to social media alongside country music star Brad Paisley. "Tennessee on Gov. Lee," Paisley added.

So, how do you get a free flight voucher? You must make a reservation through Visit Music Cities website between July 11 through December 30, 2021. You must use airports in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, or Nashville and must be used with certain airlines (American, Delta, or Southwest). If you plan on staying overnight, you have to book a participating hotel (there are more than 60 to choose from.

Basically, your whole vacation (hotels, flights) must be booked though visitmusiccity.com, which also has everything you need to know on how to get you free flight vouchers. I loved Nashville when I went there many moons ago, and I've always wanted to go back. This may be my chance.
