Man, if I would've known what I know now I would defiantly gone to a community college before a four-year university, because Quincy has one of the best community colleges in Illinois.

While the idea of "summer school" might not be appealing to most kids, John Wood Community College is offering many summer classes that your kids might actually like!

Flu season will be here before you know it, and now is the time to get ready. The Adams County Health Department (ACHD) along with the Illinois Department of Health are highly recommending everyone 6 months or older receive a flu shot this year, and the ACHD is making it a easier for the community.

I don't know about you, but I am missing going to the movies this summer. Hopefully that won't last long, but until theatres open there is an event that I know families will be excited about.
