Every town has at least one great BBQ place, right? Apparently, not...A town in the Land of Lincoln made the list of worst places for BBQ in the US, which town do BBQ lovers need to avoid?

There is one food that dieters say ruins their diet more than others and it's a specialty of Missouri.

I don't mean to brag, but Missouri does have one thing that is bigger than any other state and it really is huge. You're gonna be impressed I predict.

When a social influencer claims some place is best, I honestly tend to ignore it. Everyone has an opinion, right? However, when a major travel network makes a declaration about a Missouri place having the best BBQ in America, I pay attention and that's exactly what happened.

Missouri is the best BBQ state in the US, but the debate between St. Louis BBQ and Kansas City BBQ just got a little more interesting. Yelp's "elite" team ranked St. Louis's best BBQ restaurant ahead of Kansas City's best BBQ restaurant, did they get it right...?

Normally laugh when I see the latest and greatest best-of list, but in this case I will celebrate it because it comes from the people and not some random blogger who likely has never been to wherever he/she is writing about. A Palmyra BBQ joint was just named a top 5 BBQ place in the state of Missouri by a sites readers.

Clint Bowyer was an entertaining NASCAR driver when he was in a car. Guy Fieri is almost always a riot on his Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives TV show. What happens when those two personalities combine? You get that fun time when they both nearly wrecked a Missouri BBQ joint.

I have a deep conviction that BBQ should be its own food group. Change my mind. Actually, don't waste your time. It's not possible. My love of all things BBQ is one of the reasons I was pretty psyched to see a Hannibal BBQ joint get included on what is described as the "ultimate BBQ road trip" in Missouri.

Everyone on the internet has an opinion which is why I often dismiss the latest "This is the best" site lists. I'll make an exception as there is some science involved in this one, though. It claims that the most famous Missouri restaurant happens to be a Kansas City BBQ joint.

A website says they found the one thing that Missourians can't live without, and I have to say, I think they got it right...
