Suspicious Vehicle Report Yields Two Arrests in Ralls County
A suspicious vehicle report Friday in Ralls County leads to drug charges against a Quincy man and a Hannibal woman.
Ralls County Sheriff Gerry Dinwiddie says deputies arrived to find 61-year-old Michael Curtis of Quincy and 33-year-old Shay Alexander of Hannibal. A search turned up drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Charges pending against Curtis are possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and trespass.
Charges pending against Alexander are possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, trespass and prostitution.
Both were placed on a 24 hour hold at the Lewis County Jail. Deputies say the incident remains under investigation.
