These thieves picked the wrong gas station to attempt to rob. A marine who just happened to be inside made them regret it big time.

This trending video on Digg indicates that 3 suspects entered a Chevron station with the apparent intent of robbing it. One of them had his weapon drawn as he entered and another followed. Little did they know they were pointing their gun at a former Marine. That was a very big mistake.

The local TV station provided even more backstory behind the attempted robbery.

Based on their report of how this went down, there were 3 suspects. One entered with gun drawn while another followed close behind. A Good Samaritan who also happened to be a former Marine immediately neutralized the suspect with the gun and pinned him to the floor. As the security camera video shows, the one suspect following immediately fled out the door and the one outside departed also. The quote they shared from the Marine is right to the point.

“The Marine Corps taught me not to [mess] around," he said.

Mess with the bull and you get the horns. Same goes for an honorable Marine who refuses to not take action when trouble confronts him.
