Back to School shopping can get pretty expensive for parents, and the cost of supplies seems to go up every year. With that in mind, the "Stuff the Bus" campaign will be held August 8th to help families in need of school supplies.

The Salvation Army and the Walmart’s in Hannibal, Quincy, and Pittsfield are teaming up to help families in need of school supplies for the upcoming school year. When shopping for your own children’s supplies, keep in mind to grab an extra box of crayons, pencils, or paper to donate to the Stuff the Bus campaign. There will be a bus at each Walmart to take your donations on August 8th, from 10 am - 6 pm, and you can donate anytime during that time.

Items needed are spiral notebooks, pens, paper, backpacks, folders, three-ring binders, and basically anything that a student might be needing for the school year with everything they need. With the way students ended their last school year, lets help those start this school year off right with brand new school supplies.
