I've seen people describe this Missouri place as simple, historic and pretty. I would agree with all 3 of those points. Now, you can see inside the old Falling Spring Mill near Van Buren, Missouri for yourself.

There are definite negatives of people being so preoccupied with their devices these days, but the one positive is that you can capture just about any kind of experience anywhere. That's exactly what a visitor to the Falling Spring area in the Mark Twain National Forest of Missouri did and it's a glimpse inside of an old water wheel-driven mill from a different era.

Notice this intricate wheel mechanism which has seen millions of gallons of water over the decades.

There's even a sweet waterfall behind it that's easy to access.
