According to the listing, this place is available from mid-March through mid-November which gives you a pretty large window of possibilities. It's not inexpensive with a nightly cost of $450 per night, but if you have a family gathering planned near Columbia, this would be epic.

They also mentioned that this is a destination with enough entertainment you would likely not even want to head into Columbia to do things. Considering all the water options alone, I think that's a pretty good guess.
