Thanks to security and doorbell cameras, we're seeing some crazy things these days. That's exactly what happened when a home's security cam in Cass County, Missouri captured a police chase of a guy who stole a truck and it continued through a family's backyard.

Here's the very brief description of what went down in back of this Missouri family's home:

Cass County sheriff and Peculiar MO police chase man through neighborhood November 2021. The man was arrested on felony charges and a stolen truck.

I know this dude is innocent until proven guilty, yada yada yada, but this chase looks like it needs the Dragnet or Cops theme music added.

I found this video on Rumble and YouTube also where some of the comments seemed to be giving tips to the alleged criminal.

Sheepo Doggo - "If he had played more videogames in his life, he would have instinctively known grass makes you skate."

You can save 15 % or more on car insurance - "All units, be advised pursuit is now a condition 4"

It's probably the dad in me that is concerned for the condition of the playset which the fleeing guy in the truck hit as he was backing away from police. Those things are hard to put together.

No word yet on how this chase ended up. Next season of Cops should feature it soon though.
