According to a press release from History in the Heartland, Quincy now has a coloring book! In the press release, they say...

"Colorful Quincy combines the rich history of Quincy, Illinois through descriptions of each coloring page together with original, hand-drawn illustrations of Quincy’s incredible architecture and famous people from Quincy...Colorful Quincy features 25 single-sided coloring pages, filling a niche for coloring enthusiasts and Quincy history enthusiasts alike."

The coloring books are available to purchase on Amazon by clicking here!

The coloring book is selling for $9.99 (I just bought one myself) which I think is really affordable to have such a cool piece of Quincy history. On the Amazon page for the Colorful Quincy coloring book they say...

"More than a coloring book, explore Quincy’s iconic landmarks from Maine Street in Downtown Quincy to the architectural delight of Quincy Junior High, with many colorful stops in between. The whimsical illustrations of this vibrant, Midwest city will delight the most adventurous artist. Creative & educational, at home or on the go."

What I really find cool about this Quincy Colorful coloring book is that with every picture they give a description of what you are coloring and also some interesting facts and trivia to go along with it. So if you want your kids to learn more about the town they are growing up in this is the perfect way to get them excited to learn about some of the iconic homes, buildings, and landmarks that Quincy has to offer.
