Times are tough right now as the world continues to deal with the Coronavirus pandemic. People are concerned about their future and investing in projects in many places has been put on hold. The restaurant business is certainly one occupation that has been hit hard by the COVID-19 virus.

Yet despite all this, there are people who see the light at the end of the tunnel. Perhaps the distribution of the latest vaccines has made people more receptive of thoughts of better times ahead.

Case in point are three restaurants who are making significant changes to their operations and financially are investing in their businesses. The three restaurants are The Patio, Tiramisu and Thai D'Lish.

The Patio's new owners are renovating the restaurant and are planning on opening next month at 4th and Jersey.  Meanwhile, Tiramisu is moving in a few weeks to a brand new location at the southwest corner of 4th and Hampshire.  Expanding their location on the southeast corner of 12th and Vermont is the Thai D'Lish.

Here's to successful business ahead and thanks for giving all of us more optimism that things will be getting better.
