One Seriously Injured, Ticketed in Adams County Crash

A Glen Carbon, Illinois man suffers serious injuries and is ticketed as the result of a single vehicle crash on Highway 104 and E 1900th Avenue at 12:24 a.m. Thursday.

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a complaint of a reckless driver on Highway 104. While enroute, the pickup, driven by 50 year old Jeffry Faust, ran off the road, struck a stop sign and overturned several times.

Faust was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

He was ticketed for illegal lane usage and DUI, pending lab results.
