New COVID Cases in Adams, Hancock Counties

The Adams County Health Department reported four additional cases of COVID-19 Sunday.

This brings the total number of coronavirus cases in Adams County to 702, with 98 active cases, eleven hospitalized, one in intensive care and over 23,000 negative COVID tests.
Elsewhere, the Hancock County Health Department and Memorial Hospital reported two more lab-confirmed COVID cases Sunday.

The newest cases are a female in her 80s to 90s and a male in his 40s to 50s, both connected to other positive cases and both recovering at home.

The total in Hancock County now stands at 116, with 40 active, 75 recoveries and one death.

Also, the Lewis County Health Department reported its third coronavirus related death Friday, a Lewis County resident in their 90s.
