The Missouri State Fair kicks off on August 11 and runs through the 21st with grandstand events happening every day. Trace Adkins takes the grandstand stage on August 11, the first night of the fair. Lonestar will be opening up for him. This is not the only stop that Trace Adkins will be making close to the Tri-States. He will also be making a stop at the Tri-States Rodeo in September in Fort Madison, Iowa.

ZZ Top has also been announced as a grandstand headliner for August 17th. So far, these are the only artists that the fair has released, but it seems they are taking their time in releasing who will be at this year's fair. Tickets for Trace Adkins and Lonestar will go on sale Tuesday, June 28 at 9 am, and at reasonable prices. Track seating is $45 and grandstand seating is just $35 so not bad for a night of music.

The Missouri State Fair is in Sedialia, MO.
