I've never met a donut I didn't like. Perhaps you can understand that pastry emotion. If so, you might be interested to know that science (and the internet) has declared where the best donuts in Missouri are. Let's investigate.
This isn't my opinion. As a matter of fact, this place is so new I've not had the chance to sample them (yet) and that's saying something. It's a new ranking from 24/7 Wall St declaring the best donut shops in each state.
So what (allegedly) is the best donut shop in Missouri?
24/7 Wall St says it's hands-down Pharaoh’s Donuts in St. Louis. Their Yelp rating is a near-perfect 4.5 out of 5 which means they must be doing something right in the donut realm.
They seem pretty active on Facebook if you're a donut fan. It looks like they do all kinds of bakery things and not just donuts.
Donuts are a very subjective thing. I've never had a donut that didn't make my day and there never seem to be any food recalls of donuts which is a good thing. Whether Pharoah's Donuts is really the best in Missouri is debatable, but good for them that they got such a nice national shout-out.
