I just checked the "felt report" and it now shows many residents in that part of Missouri have confirmed to the USGS that they felt this late night Friday quake. Still, a 2.8 magnitude quake is not anywhere close to the strength needed to do damage, but this sudden uptick in New Madrid Fault activity is worth paying attention to.
