They say that Bowood by Niche in St. Louis has given breakfast eggs "a gourmet upgrade by infusing it with the rich flavors of the Italian pasta dish cacio e pepe".

This nifty St. Louis breakfast place is located inside of Bowood Farms at 4605 Olive Street. They credit James Beard Award-winning chef Gerard Craft for nice national shout outs like this one. It shouldn't a surprise that a St. Louis place has figured out how to add an Italian kick to a breakfast staple like eggs. It's just not everyday when someone excels at anything Italian and not be located on The Hill in St. Louis.
