91 Missouri Hail Reports on Friday Including Baseball-Sized Hail

National Weather Service forecasters predicted that the storm that would impact Missouri might be historic and that has proven to be the case. So far there are a staggering 91 hail reports in Missouri including some that were impacted by baseball-sized hail.

If you look at the updated NOAA Storm Prediction Center storm reports, you'll see one of the longest hail lists you'll ever see as nearly the entire state of Missouri saw some type of hail. Among them, you'll see the largest hail happened in Christian County, Missouri.

A location in Franklin County, Missouri reported 2 inch hail. I saw numerous reports of lime and golf ball-sized hail as the strong storm system made its way across the state starting late Friday afternoon carrying over into Friday evening.

The good news is most of the severe weather has now moved past Missouri, but there will be a huge amount of storm reports to review this weekend as nearly all of the St. Louis area was under a tornado warning at some point Friday night.
