Missouri Treehouse So Epic It’s Been Featured by Southern Living
There are a lot of treehouses in Missouri and the young child in me loves that fact. There is one treehouse that might be better than a lot of others though as it's so epic it's been featured by Southern Living and Bob Vila.
I saw this nifty place to stay called The Getaway Treehouse & Jacuzzi Bath House on Airbnb near Cassville, Missouri. Here's how Michael and Brandy the hosts describe it:
The Getaway Tree Suite is an authentic tiny-house Treehouse and Jacuzzi bath house nestled within seven trees on 10 wooded acres. The treehouse and bath house are adjoined by a walkway bridge on a hillside. Located on Hwy 112, two minutes from Roaring River State Park- hiking trails, fly fishing, spring, rainbow trout hatchery; 5 minutes from Mark Twain National Forest.
If you love being in the middle of the woods and quite literally up in the trees, this is an option for you.
The treehouse vibe is strong with this place including the ladder to the loft area.
Oh, and the tub in this Missouri treehouse is nicer than most full-size homes.
There's also a jacuzzi bath tree house.
They fit a lot of sleeping options into this treehouse space. Seriously.
It's easy to understand why this Missouri treehouse was featured back in 2020 by Southern Living and Bob Vila. Truly top of the class type of vacation option here. As of this writing, the nightly cost is $175 according to Airbnb which isn't bad for such a unique experience.
