A weekend nearly turned deadly at Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks as a boat suddenly exploded injuring 16 people including 1 person who was at a nearby dock.

This harrowing ordeal happened over the weekend at Lake of the Ozarks where the Missouri Highway Patrol said "Gas fumes built up in the engine area and a spark set off the explosion." They shared two pictures of the boat after the blast.
