A post went viral about the massive Superman statue in Metropolis, Illinois losing its heads, but it looks like it was all for fun. The post was made earlier in the week that strong winds took the head off of the statue and visitors were asked not to visit the state while it was getting fixed. The post soon went viral and had people talking about it and posting about it, but turns out it was all just a joke, and the head is well secured on Superman.
