Food & Wine is helping you out this Valentine's Day by releasing their list of the Most Romantic Restaurants in Every State. Springfield is that place for Missouri. Char Steakhouse & Oyster Bar in Springfield is that hot spot. It's two floors of fine dining with stylish decor and of course amazing food options.

Char Steakhouse is described as being a traditional steakhouse bringing a twist on dishes for a dining experience. The Oyster Bar is the sister restaurant to Char that had everyone's favorite burgers and milkshakes in a 13,00 square foot building. I'm sure you can imagine how the atmosphere must be.

I've been to some amazing restaurants in my time, but this one sounds really good, especially the burgers and shakes. You can have a dining experience and not get dressed up too fancy, just fancy enough. My kind of place.
