Archery Programs in Missouri Schools

Yes, archery is officially Missouri’s state sport. Are you as surprised by that as I am? I can tell you it didn’t even make my top ten of sports. So why archery? Back in 2023, Missouri Governor Mike Parson signed a bill officially recognizing the sport. This was a way to honor its popularity in youth and state programs, especially through the Missouri National Archery in the Schools Program (MoNASP).

Naturally, that led to archery becoming Missouri’s official sport. Way back when, okay, a few years ago, when I was watching Arrow, I thought about getting into archery myself. That didn’t last long, but I still think it would be amazing to one day try shooting an arrow.
